China, Qing Dynasty: Square metal box, mostly used to store ink.

Inscription of 9 characters at the top. Oval producers stamp at the bottom of the box stating that it is Qing Dynasty. Polished surface.

2,9 x 2,95 x 0,9 inches (74 x 75 x 23 mm), fine condition.

Tang Yuanye Seal. Yellow Shou Shan, Leisure Seal 唐源邺


Chinese Leisure Seal Tang Yuanye


Fine leisure seal by the famous artist Tang Yuanye  唐源邺 (1886-1968).

Signed with his name Zui Shi ( drunken stone). Tang is also famous as calligrapher. At the top of this attractive seal a string is fixed.

As actual seal 4 characters are engraved: Zhu hua yin guan 驻花吟馆: Staying at the home of the chanting flowers
