The Autograph comes with a Certificte of Authenticity.

Alexandra of Denmark (Alexandra Caroline Marie Charlotte Louise Julia; 1 December 1844 – 20 November 1925) was Queen consort of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and Empress consort of India as the wife of King-Emperor Edward VII.

Her family had been relatively obscure until her father, Prince Christian of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, was chosen with the consent of the great powers to succeed his distant cousin, Frederick VII, to the Danish throne. At the age of sixteen, she was chosen as the future wife of Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, the heir apparent of Queen Victoria.

They married eighteen months later in 1863, the same year her father became king of Denmark as Christian IX and her brother was appointed to the vacant Greek throne as George I. She was Princess of Wales from 1863 to 1901, the longest anyone has ever held that title, and became generally popular; her style of dress and bearing were copied by fashion-conscious women.

Lansquenets with armour and knights accompany a chieftain passing a mountain. Down the hill we see a lady and her cortege.

Delicately executed copper engraving of highest standards.

Artist signed: L (at the trunk next the dog).

Size: 7,8 x 10,9 inches (19,5 x 27 cm) is the printed area (9,8 x 13,8 with margins). It stands out when framed and would make a great gift.

2 antique Jewish wooden containers

2 Antique Jewish wooden Bins.

 2 antique Jewish wooden containers.

The taller one is a kind of goblet with cover. The smaller one is a bin with lid.

The goblet stands 22,5 cm, diameter: 10 cm (9 x 4 inches). There is a crack in the lid and 2 cracks in the corpus. A small part at of the rim of the corpus is missing.

The bin stands 12 cm high, diameter is 6,8 cm (4,5 x 2,6 inches). The bin is in very good condition with no cracks or blemishes.

They are made of cherry wood.

Antique blue white Dish, Chrysanthemum and Men. Bottom Mark

Decorative, antique blue and white China. Four men, scholar, saint mythological figurines (?) and Chrysanthemums as decoration.

Bottom Mark:  年水庵喜三制  Since the bottom mark consist of 6 characters it is rather Japanese than Chinese.

The dish was bought in China some 30 years ago but it could have belonged to a Japanese who lived in China. It is app. 100 years old.

Diametre: 14 cm ( 5,5 inches), height: 3 cm ( 1,1 inches). One small knock at the rim otherwise fine condition.

Old Chinese Scholars Rock, partly semi transparent

So called Chinese scholar's rock on a stand. Flat. Partially semi-transparent stone. Both sides carved wit 2 scholars in landscape scene. The natural inclusions of the stone have been used to better work out the scenic impression.

These characteristic miniature rocks have always been treasured among the circles of literati in China for many centuries.

The stone stands 4,2 inches (without stand, simple wood), is 2,8 in. wide and 0.4 in deep. (2 of the image-details look that transparent because a torch was hold near).

Fine condition, no faults.

Inscription of 9 characters at the top. Oval producers stamp at the bottom of the box stating that it is Qing Dynasty. Polished surface.
